Toy Aisle Action Project launched in the US
Friday 3 February 2012
Campaigners in the US have launched a new attack on retailers who persist in stereotyping and limiting girls' toys to such an extent that it's becoming plainly ridiculous!
Supporters are asked to visit their local stores and stick post-its on the segregated toy aisles with cutting slogans and statistics asking WHY? things have to be this way.
We love this campaign. How do you feel about spreading the love to the UK? Let us know at info@pinkstinks.org.uk

"This campaign is way overdue. Pink does stink – it has the reek of Sugababe, Spice Girl and all things nice. It is the colour of the glass ceiling that traps young girls’ aspirations in a perfect pink bubble – pretty, pleasant and politely imprisoning."
